Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or damaged products (unless received in this condition).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:
Honey, bee bread, bee pollen, royal jelly, or propolis once opened.
Gift cards or promotional items.
Items marked as final sale.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at info@dw-power.de within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us first at info@dw-power.de for return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
